You must be satisfied with all of our products. You can return or exchange any standard parts which don't fit your application as intended. We're easy to work with and want you to be glad you know about us.

Ordering & Shipping

We are glad to provide a quote for the cost of your order. Please email us the part numbers and the quantities of each item you need. We also need your mailing address and postal code to provide you the best options for shipping.

Unless other arrangements are made, most orders are prepaid by Visa or Master Card. To make payment, you can use PayPal to send money to tufnut@tufnut.com. Once we receive payment we will ship your order immediately and let you know it shipped. You can also phone, fax, or email your order if you prefer.

If you order using our website, we will contact you to let you know the additional cost of shipping your order outside of the U.S.A. and you can forward the difference in shipping cost using the options above.

Price Discounts

Our web page doesn't provide price discounts, so for orders of over $250 you may want to order by email, PO, fax, or phone. Price sheets are available in PDF form on our website.

For non-web orders, please take 5% off for orders totaling $250 or more. A 10% discount applies to $500 or more. Shipping is calculated after the discounts. We're glad to provide quotations for larger quantities.

Custom Orders

We will create any configuration you need with our existing parts. There is no charge for the design, and our standard pricing applies to whatever components are used. Custom plates are comparably priced, but larger quantities may require 3-4 weeks lead time.
